Converter PROFIBUS to Rs232/Rs485


These devices convert serial protocols, like Modbus, in PROFIBUS.

The HD67561 is a:
"Slave" from the side PROFIBUS, and is "Master" from the side Rs232/Rs485.
So you can connect:
a "Master" PROFIBUS (like a SIEMENS PLC) with "Slaves" Rs232/Rs485.
It supports: Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, and simple the serial protocol.

The HD67562 is both: "Slave" from the side PROFIBUS, that "Slave" from the side Rs232/Rs485.
So you can connect:
a "Master" PROFIBUS (like a SIEMENS PLC) with a "Master" Rs232/Rs485 (like a any Modbus PLC).
It supports: Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, and the simple serial protocol.

The HD67045 is a very simple and automatic, bi-directional exchanger of information, between a "PROFIBUS" master and a serial device.
For example you can connect a "Master PROFIBUS" (like a SIEMENS PLC), with a bar-code reader, in order to get automatically the bar-code information directly in the PLC. Or again, it is possible to use it, in order to send information from a PLC, via PROFIBUS to a printer.
