Converter/Repeater Fiber Optic, to RS232 to RS485


These optic fiber devices are designed to extend the RS485 and/or RS232, using the optic fibres, up to 2 Km, without repeater
(using the repeaters is allow possible to get links more great).

The devices are independent from the serial protocol, and are adapted for Modbus, Modbus+ and IEC131, too.

Various connection tipologies are allowed:

1) Point-to-Point Tipology,
two devices HD67238F, realize a connection: copper / fiber / copper.

2) Single Loop, Daisy-Chain Tipology,
One device is connected to previous and to next using an only one fiber, forming a ring of devices, of two or more HD67033M and/or HD67035M.

3) Double Loop, Daisy-Chain Tipology,
one device is connected to previous and to next using two fibers, forming a ring of device, of two or more HD67034M and/or HD67036M.
If an device is down, or a link is cutted, the connection continues to work.

4) In-Line, Daisy-Chain Tipology,
one device is connected to previous and to next using two fibers, forming a line, of two or more HD67034M and/or HD67036M.
It isn't necessary close the devices in a ring.

The devices doesn't need to be configured by software but simply set the parameters of the serial line via dip-switch.
The devices, are disigned to work in hard enviromental conditions.
