ADFweb Security Reports

ADFweb provides this channel to collect security reports related to its gateways, industrial converters, IoT devices, configuration software, digital services and custom solutions.

Use this page if you have identified a possible vulnerability, unexpected behavior or an event that may affect ADFweb products or services.

You can submit a report through the dedicated form: the technical team will analyze it and link it to a case in the dedicated portal.

What you can report

Technical reports about vulnerabilities and cybersecurity are useful, even when they are not yet complete. Examples include:

• possible vulnerabilities in gateways, converters, dataloggers, routers or IoT devices;
• anomalies related to firmware, configuration tools or web interfaces;
• unexpected behavior in Modbus, CAN, CANopen, PROFIBUS, PROFINET, OPC UA, MQTT or other supported protocol communications;
• events that may affect the availability, integrity or confidentiality of information;
• technical documentation that could lead to insecure configurations.

Before sending: do not include passwords, credentials or private keys.

How we handle the report

The report is registered in the dedicated portal and assigned to the relevant team.

Our technicians analyze the product, protocol or service involved, classify priority and impact, and provide feedback through the portal as quickly as possible.
