Prices are not automatically exposed for every product. Quotations, discounts and commercial conditions are defined according to the product code, quantity and order requirements.

| Is there a minimum order? |
No minimum order is normally required. |
How to order
| How can I order ADFweb products? |
You can contact our sales office with the product code, quantity and destination country. We will send a quotation and the instructions required to complete the order. |
| What if I cannot find the product or price? |
Send your request to info@adfweb.com or call +39 0438 30 91 31. We take customer requests into consideration quickly and help identify the correct solution. |

Payment methods and invoices
| Which payment methods are accepted? |
ADFweb accepts credit card, PayPal and bank transfer in advance. Bank details and payment instructions are provided with the quotation or order confirmation. |
| Can deferred payment be evaluated? |
Deferred payment terms can be evaluated after direct contact with our sales office, depending on the company, destination country, order value and commercial history. |
| Can I receive an invoice before payment? |
Yes. After quotation acceptance, we can provide the invoice or proforma invoice required to complete the internal purchase and payment process. |
| Are taxes and customs duties included? |
Prices are normally quoted in EUR and do not include local taxes, VAT, import duties or customs charges unless explicitly stated in the quotation. |
Fast order handling and express shipping
| How fast are orders managed? |
ADFweb gives priority to fast order handling. Our goal is to process orders quickly and help customers receive the products needed for their applications without unnecessary delays. |
| Which couriers are used? |
Shipments are normally handled with express courier services such as FedEx, DHL or equivalent services, depending on destination and order requirements. |
| Can I receive tracking information? |
Yes. When the shipment is ready, we send the shipping confirmation and tracking information by email. |
