The HD67120 creates a RS232/485 port, via an RJ45 connector of the Ethernet LAN.
Also the substitution of a whole RS485 net with Ethernet connection is possible,
like the viceversa.

With the HD67120 is possible create:

Tunnel point to multipoint (typical serial connection with Master and Slaves but through Ethernet).
Tunnel point to point (Ethernet bridge for a serial line)
Remote COM port (virtual COM port) on your PC
